Each tick of Freezing Torrent reduces the cooldown of Bursting Ice by 0.3 seconds.
Each time you cast Cold Snap the cooldown of Freezing Torrent is reduced by 1.5 seconds.

While Bursting Ice is active on an enemy you gain Winter's Embrace, causing you to deal 20% more damage.
Winter's Embrace does not affect Bursting Ice.

Your Cold Snap ability grants you 1 stack of Glacial Assault. Once you have 4 stacks of Glacial Assault, your next Glacial Blast is instant cast, deals 40% more damage and has no cost.

When your Frost Bolt deals damage to an enemy, it triggers a single pulse of Bursting Ice and generates 2 additional Anima.

Your Cold Snap critical strikes conjure 3 Frost Swalllows to instantly attack your enemies.
Additionally, your Cold Snap and Freezing Torrent damage has a 15% chance to conjure 1 Frost Swalllow.

Your Flight of the Navir ability grants 2 charges of Cold Snap.

Your Cold Snap grants you Icy Flow for 8 seconds, reducing the cast time of your next Glacial Blast by 0.5 seconds or reducing the impact delay of your next Ice Comet by 0.5 seconds.
Both abilities gain +25% increased critical strike chance when consuming a stack of Icy Flow.
You can have up to 2 stacks of Icy Flow.

Your Ice Comet has a 15% chance to strike twice, and a 7% chance to strike three times.

Each hit of Freezing Torrent infuses the target with Coalescing Frost for 3 seconds. Once it expires, the afflicted enemy releases a pulse of frost damage in an area around them, dealing 43% Intellect damage for each stack of Coalescing Frost that was infused.
Freezing Torrent critical strikes have a 50% chance to apply 2 stacks of Coalescing Frost.

Your Frost Ward duration is increased by 2 seconds and while it is active, you heal for 50% of all damage you deal.

Your Glacial Blast deals 40% more damage but its cast time is increased by 0.5 seconds.

You take 10% reduced Magic damage.

For each Anima you generate while your Ice Blitz is active, you conjure 1 Frost Swallow to attack your target.
The duration of Ice Blitz is extended by 0.2 seconds each time a Frost Swallow hits an enemy.

Each time you generate Winter Orbs, you have a 17% chance to gain Frostweaver's Wrath for 12 seconds, causing the next Glacial Blast or Ice Comet that deals damage to have 100% additional critical strike chance.
GRIEVOUS CRITICAL STRIKE
Any critical strike chance you have beyond 100% causes a grievous critical strike. Grievous critical strikes increase the base damage of the hit by an amount equal to the overflowing critical strike chance.

Each time you cast an ability you have a chance to gain Soulfrost Torrent for 18 seconds, causing your next Freezing Torrent to have 40% increased tick rate and +100% increased critical strike chance. (1.5 PPM)
GRIEVOUS CRITICAL STRIKE
Any critical strike chance you have beyond 100% causes a grievous critical strike. Grievous critical strikes increase the base damage of the hit by an amount equal to the overflowing critical strike chance.

The power of your Critical Strikes is increased by 10%.

You take 10% less Area of Effect damage.

The cooldown of Ice Blitz, Flight of the Navir & Winter's Blessing is reduced by 0.3 seconds for each Winter's Orb you spend.

Your Cold Snap conjures an additional wave of 3 Frost Swallows in waves.

Your Bursting Ice damage is increased by 30%.

When Bursting Ice deals damage to a single target it generates 2 additional Anima per tick.

Your Freezing Torrent deals 20% increased damage.

Your Movement Speed is increased by 20%

Your Glacial Blast has 20% increased critical strike chance.

Your Ice Blitz increases all damage you deal by an additional 10%.

While Bursting Ice is active on an enemy, you gain 20% Haste.

Your critical strikes have a chance to cause your next Freezing Torrent within 12 seconds to have 100% increased tick rate and deal 100% increased damage.
